Concept; The Fallen Hero
A concept of a antagonist for the "Homecoming" project. I've always liked the stories of fallen heroes, so I was bound to make at least one this story. This character has inspired me to change the direction of the story a bit, adding more (darker) Fantasy to this Science Fantasy direction.

The "inked" line work. Original piece was drawn on paper, then made digital. Decided to include the palette I went with for the final draft.
A (very) rough draft on how I wanted to go about painting this character. This draft allowed me to come up with the idea of her spear and eyes having a menacing glow. I originally considered a Lich scheme, but ended up loving blood red more.
